ABOUT US: Mark R. Wilson

Mark R. Wilson has been a Personal Injury attorney for eighteen years. During this time, his litigation and courtroom experience has involved wrongful death, auto accident, slip & fall, dog bite, utility company negligence, eminent domain, and unemployment compensation cases.

Mark is especially committed to helping injured people successfully negotiate the legal maze created by insurance companies and the state legislature. He believes that the primary goal of an attorney should be to advise and act in the client's best interest. He strives to be both sympathetic and realistic in counseling people who have entrusted him with the important task of representing them. In the course of his practice, he has represented well over one thousand injured adults and children.

Mark was born in Charleston, West Virginia, but grew up in the Dayton, Ohio area. He graduated from Wright State University summa cum laude in 1979 with a degree in Political Science and was named the outstanding Political Science student in the senior class. Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1982 and is a lifetime member of the OSU Alumni Association.

Mark has remained very active while practicing law, including the teaching of paralegal students, speaking at seminars, editing the Franklin County Trial Lawyers newsletter, and serving on that organization's membership committee. He is also an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Mark lives with his wife Antoinette in Hilliard, Ohio.
