TYPES OF CASES:  Birth Injuries

Doctors and nurses must show extreme care during an infant's delivery and during the first few days after birth.  When an injury at birth results from inappropriate or deficient medical decisions, the injured child may be entitled to compensation for such injuries.  When such injury is suspected, it is important that the cause(s) be investigated thoroughly.
