FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As a service to our clients and prospective
clients, we've compiled some of the questions most
often asked and provided some general answers. Since
every case is different, the information provided
should be considered only as general guidance, not
specific to your circumstance.
How do I
know if I have a case?
It is not your responsibility to know whether or
not you have a claim or case. That is our job. With
over 65 years of combined legal experience, we can
discuss your possible claim or case with you and
advise you on the best course of action.
Generally speaking, you may have a case if you have
been injured due to the fault of another person or
due to a faulty product or machine. Also, you may
have a case if your husband, wife, children, or
other relative is killed due to the fault of another
person or due to a faulty product or machine.
If you have any questions regarding whether you have
a claim or case, call us at the number(s) above, use

How much does it cost to hire an attorney?
In order to make legal representation available to
everyone, we do not charge any initial fees or
costs. We get paid a percentage of the total
settlement or judgment when the claim is resolved.
Also, we are reimbursed any costs necessary to
pursue your claim.
As a result, there are no out-of-pocket fees or
costs to you. We are paid a fee and reimbursed our
costs only if we successfully resolve our case and
recover compensation for you.
If you have any questions regarding costs, call us
at the number(s) above, use the form below or e-mail

What do I do if an insurance adjuster calls?
If you are injured in an accident and the
insurance adjuster for the other driver calls, we
offer the following advice:
- Be polite.
- Tell the adjuster the location of your
vehicle and give him or her permission to assess
the damage.
- If you have hired an attorney, give the
adjuster the attorney's name and phone number.
- If you have not hired an attorney and you
are hurt or injured, tell the adjuster.

to say to an adjuster, call us at the number(s)
